Search magnifying glass in the header misalligned in Safari on iPad and iPhone (landscape)

What is the issue?

The magnifying glass on the search button in the header is not centrally aligned - it's a bit too far to the right.

What steps are required to reproduce the issue?

Go to www.nhs.uk or the header example for the nhs.uk frontend library (https://nhsuk.github.io/nhsuk-frontend/components/header/index.html) on an iPad or an iPhone in landscape.

What was the environment where this issue occurred?

• Device: iPad mini (5th Gen), iPad (6th Gen), iPhone 8

• Operating System: iPadOS 14.7.1, iOS 14.8,

• Browser: Safari

• Browser version: One that comes with the OS

• NHS.UK frontend package version: 4.1.0, 5.2.0
