DESCRIPTION:

A simple chef report handler that uses the victor_ops-client gem to send victorops alerts for failed chef run.

USAGE:

Using chef_handler LWRP

chef_gem 'chef-handler-victorops'
require 'chef/handler/victorops'

chef_handler 'VictoropsHandler' do
   source 'chef/handler/victorops'
   arguments [
     api_url:     <Victorops REST integration endpoint without the routing key>,
     routing_key: <Victorops routing key to use>,
     fqdn:        <FQDN of the node>
   ]
   action :nothing
end.run_action(:enable)
