Cron scripts don't handle the case in which a link is not up anymore #10

Links that are not up anymore should be deleted. How to do this?
Should the topology scripts do this?

Done in olsr but now I commented the line, otherwise Pisa links would be created and deleted every 5 minutes!
We should integrate the scripts probably.
