Several sections of the documentation had been ported to the *NiPreps* portal (www.nipreps.org) and the original sources remained within the *fMRIPrep*'s documentation tree. This PR creates the corresponding links to the NiPreps website and cleans up the duplicated docs.

Okay, moving the more community-oriented aspects over to nipreps.org should not be very controversial (also, much nicer to develop with markdown). I'll go ahead and merge this. If you find some big issues, please do not hesitate to PR and amend them asap. For the moment, I need to get this merged to unlock #2470 and some details of #2325. |
