Removes [yaml](https://github.com/eemeli/yaml). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [yaml](https://github.com/eemeli/yaml), [stylelint](https://github.com/stylelint/stylelint), [stylelint-config-recommended-scss](https://github.com/stylelint-scss/stylelint-config-recommended-scss), [stylelint-config-standard](https://github.com/stylelint/stylelint-config-standard) and [stylelint-order](https://github.com/hudochenkov/stylelint-order). These dependencies need to be updated together.
