| #### Tutorial on How to Sell STEEM or SBD | ||

| Selling STEEM or SBD might be troublesome and requiring a lots of procedural steps. Well, not anymore. With SwapSteem, we allow you to sell your STEEM or SBD in just a few clicks and with your own desirable fiat currency in 12 easy steps as follows : | ||

| 1. Firstly, you should have logged in to our SwapSteem platform. Please refer to Step 1 to 3 of the 'Tutorial on How to Buy STEEM or SBD' to proceed. | ||

| There are four blank spaces which you could observed on the page as well. The spaces allow you to specify your requirements which could effectively speed up the whole process. You could specify the 'Amount', 'Payment Currency', 'Location' and ‘Payment Method' to your own desired values. | ||

| You will need to transfer the STEEM/SBD into an Escrow via the Tansfer Escrow button. There is a deadline of 2 hours from order creation for you to initiate the escrow txn. If The Ecsrow transfer is not initiated within the deadline, the order will be automatically canceled. | ||

| 9. After you have successfully created the escrow transfer. Notify the buyer and provide the buyer with the unique escrow Id. Now, wait for the buyer to complete the escrow approve. | ||
| **Step 9 :** Once the You have transferred funds to escrow, You need approve to wait for the Buyer to approve the escrow. | ||

| Then, the agent (@swapsteem) would have to approve the escrow as well after comfirming the transactions from both you and the seller. | ||
| There is a deadline of 2 hours from order creation for you to initiate the escrow txn. If The Ecsrow transfer is not initiated within the deadline, the order will be automatically canceled. | ||

| The agent would also notify you again, once the approval is made. Use some patience to allow the buyer to complete the payment within the agreed payment window, using the specified payment method. Wait for the buyer to mark the payment as done. | ||

| You would then, have to check the payment and only verify the payment after you have truly received the payment. | ||
| After Succesfully approval from the Buyer, you'll be redirected to the order page where you'll see a message to wait for agent approval as shown below. The agent, in this case @swapsteem needs to confirm the escrow within the specified timeline in order to proceed with the trade. Please wait for the agent to approve the transaction. | ||

| 10. As a seller, this would be the last step in the whole selling process. Now, you would have to release the escrow. | ||

| Now, it's time for the Buyer to complete the payment in fiat. It should be done using the method specified. Once notified by the buyer after he has completed the payment and marked the payment as done. | ||

| **Step 11 :** The whole process will be completed once the fiat payment is verified by you and then You will need to release the STEEM or SBD to the Buyer via an escrow release transaction. If you dont get the fiat funds even after confirmation of payment from buyer within the timeline, you can raise a dispute after 6 hours of payment confirmation to have the case handled by the agent. | ||
