Description

NPOI CI/CD uses NuGetizer to implement automatic nuget packaging feature. However, since the purpose of SponsorLink is uncertain and widely suspected by the community, we have to get rid of SponsorLink for now.

According to the changelog, Nugetizer 1.1.0 has removed SponsorLink.
