Counter -JavaScript project

It is simple beginner level javascript project based on increasing , decreasing and Reset the counter.

• When the user clicks on Increase the counter is to incremented by 1
• When the user clicks on Decrease the counter is to decremented by 1
• When the user clicks on Reset the counter is set to 0
