Makes it easier to do customizations in the
extraSettingsoption for each panel by saving all the widgets in apanelWidgetsdictionary with keys as the widget name and values as the widget. Also addsiconTasksLaunchersoption for panels to allow to declaratively pin launchers to the task manager.
