Master checkbox is not performing well - Product attribute page admin side #4494

nopCommerce version: 4.3

Steps to reproduce the problem:

Go admin side and open catalog menu and go to Product attributes page
Select master checkbox then untick any one checkbox from list then tick or untick on master checkbox nothing impact on that list item checkbox.

It worked fine in 4.20

This issue not only one Product attribute page. it is in all list on admin side
