nopCommerce version: 4.30

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Choose a product to which you'll add a related or cross sell product.
  2. Add some unpublished to it as related and cross-sell products
  3. Repeat step 2. A new duplicated record will be added

It should not happen
