nopCommerce version: 4.30

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Go to the plugin configuration page
  2. Tick "Enable eCommerce", then enable "Use JS to send eCommerce info", and again untick "Enable eCommerce".
  3. Save the configuration page. So actually now "GoogleAnalyticsSettings.UseJsToSendEcommerceInfo" is "true" now but ecommerce is disabled

Hence ecommerce events are actually tracked
