Make PTZ feature usable quality

The alpha version of PTZ control has several issues.

  • Gain should be inverse-proportional to the zoom. Currently suffering inquiry commands.
  • If the face is lost and too much zoomed, it cannot detect the face again. Need to go back to a home position or gradually zoom-out so that the face can be found again.
