The operators are too small for use in math fonts. They are also should roughly vertically align with the middle of x-height, but currently they are too high.

Or may be the size is OK (it is not how math operators are traditionally sized, but this not a very orthodox math font either). We probably should fix the alignment and be done with it.

Improve ssty operators

- Align them to the new math axis like the base version (notofonts#60)
- Sync plusminus and minusplus with the changes in base versions (notofonts#53)
