Нашёл почему 9) и 10) из https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=704756.msg9487677#msg9487677 на английском если собираем c использованием qt-base, и на русском если собираем с использованием qt-everywhere Из-за отсутсвия qttranslations-opensource-src-5.3.2.7z Если к qt-base добавить модуль qttranslations, то тогда будет все переводиться. Поэтому добавил в гайд по сборке под Windows про qttranslations. Если найдёте как исправить перевод при сборке под Linux, то добавьте исправления в файл: "doc\building novacoind and novacoinqt under Linux.txt"
