🚀 Feature request: add Ability to mark a subscriber feed message as seen

We need the Python SDK to be able to do these two:

• Mark a subscriber feed message as seen. API ref: https://docs.novu.co/api-reference/subscribers/mark-a-subscriber-feed-message-as-seen
• Marks all the subscriber messages as read unread seen or unseen optionally you can pass feed id or array to mark messages of a particular feed. API reference: https://docs.novu.co/api-reference/subscribers/marks-all-the-subscriber-messages-as-read-unread-seen-or-unseen-optionally-you-can
