Install Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2022 and
dotnet-sdk-6.0.408-win-x64.exe
dotnet-sdk-7.0.203-win-x64.exe
dotnet-sdk-8.0.100-preview.3.23178.7-win-x64.exe

download zip from https://github.com/npgsql/npgsql
unzip
Open Npgsql.sln
Build Solution
Have many errors

What exact version of Visual Studio are you using? I've installed the latest preview and it's working fine.
