**Can't uninstall / remove Weasis **

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'synaptic'
2. Click on 'mark for removal'
3. Apply
4. See error
   E: weasis: installed weasis package pre-removal script subprocess returned error exit status 127

The same problem is via apt

sudo apt remove weasis

Yes, there's a bug in the script. It has been corrected in version 4.1. As a workaround, you can run
sudo rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/weasis.prerm
