fix(core): fix NX_TASK_TARGET_CONFIGURATION being set to 'null'

Current Behavior

During Distributed Task Execution, the NX_TASK_TARGET_CONFIGURATION variable is set to "null"

Expected Behavior

During Distributed Task Execution, the NX_TASK_TARGET_CONFIGURATION variable is not defined.
