docs(core): update bitbucket ci docs

Current Behavior

Documentation on running agents on Bitbucket was incorrectly using the $BITBUCKET_PR_ID for runs on the main branch.

Expected Behavior

The documentation and auto generated files now use $BITBUCKET_BRANCH for the main branch
