Corason uses genomic annotator [RAST] (http://rast.nmpdr.org/) You can upload your genomes or clusters on RAST one by one at the website or if you have linux use myRAST batch processor. Download faa and txt files either manually or in batch.

2 RAST Ids

Tab separated file with RAST information on three columns:
JobId GenomeID and Organism Name

3 Query file

Amino acid fasta file with your query protein.
