1. Falls when one of directories wasn't kernel 2. Can't find my python kernels in /usr/local/share/jupyter 3. Removed python kernels hardcodes

I was unable to test #138 because my python kernels was installed into /usr/local/share/kernels and I have only 'default' hardcoded python kernel.
