Nucleosome Dynamics is a suite of R programs for nucleosome-related analyses based on MNase-seq or ATAC-seq experimental data. Each of the analyzes included in the toolkit correspond to a Galaxy Tool.
These Wiki pages are meant to be an step by step guide on how to use these tools in a running Galaxy platform like ELIXIR-ES Galaxy, the server used throughout this guide for demonstration purposes.
