I think a case we might want to add support for is wrapping. Right now, if we wrap, the ansi colors spill out to the other cells:

I was thinking - if that cell is only ever colored with a single color, if we can find out what the color is we could get the color first, then wrap, then color it after the wrapping.

i guess i'll have to play with this. it looks like a good scenario for ansi_cut but i'm not sure exactly where to apply it.
