📚 Description
This PR adds
@nuxt/devtoolsas nuxt's dependency and is enabled by default in development. Some work has been done in DevTools to keep the default experience as non-destructive as possible. Without explicit{ devtools: true }, there would be no UI in the app, but only a message in the terminal to open DevTools by keyboard shortcuts. Once the user presses the shortcut, a checkbox will be shown in the DevTools UI, allowing users to turn on the floating panel all the time.📝 Checklist
