Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When pressing a hotkey, e.g. Shift+Slash for the question mark or shift+5 for the percent(%) symbol and NVDA's Input Help is turned on, NVDA says nothing about this keystroke. This might be a problem for new computer users, who don't know what a certain hotkey does.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like NVDA to say "when pressing this combination key, the sign/symbol and)&) will be inserted" if I press Shift+7, for example, and the Input Help is active. As I know, JAWS already does it.

Additional context

This suggestion comes from the NVDA Romanian Community. An user who works with people who learn how to use a computer with a screen reader said in the Community Call of December that this feature could be useful for those people.

@florianionascu7 Thanks for the suggested feature. When creating an issue, it is really helpful if you use a concreate example, in this case you have not included the speech that is actually spoken or what you suggest it says instead for each the example inputs:

Output will vary dependent on the application in focus, I used notepad to test.
Actual speech from my testing:

  • Pressing NVDA+5 speech: NVDA+5 Toggles on and off the reporting of dynamic content changes, such as new text in dos console windows
  • Pressing shift+/ speech: shift+/

I also used Notepad to test. For example, when pressing Shift+5 or Shift+/ and the Input Help is on, NVDA says "Shift plus 5" and "Shift plus Slash.
