Time until narration starts scales with the size of the HTML table when focus tabbing on it

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open these codepen links:

• https://codepen.io/SAH_riag/pen/OJxagOy

2. Click down in the display area
3. Tab until table is focused.
4. Wait until narration starts.
5. Compare time until narration starts for both tables

Actual behavior:

Narration is delayed in relation to the size of the table

Expected behavior:

Narration is not delayed.

Further information:

This problem doesn't occur when navigating to the table by pressing "T" - there it starts instantely (expected behaviour)

Yes, I tested it with:

• Chrome 97.0.4692.71
• Firefox 91.5.0
• Edge 97.0.1072.62

Same issue in all browsers

Thanks @Haditsch, I can't promise when we'll look at this, or if there is anything we can do to speed it up. But I'll give it a P2 to investigate.

@Haditsch how is it now with NVDA 2023.2 and the newest stable versions of Firefox, Chrome and Edge? Are you still having this performance issue?
