Str:

Open any document in a virtual buffer.
Switch to (force) focus mode with NVDA+space.
Press alt+downArrow.
Actual: NVDA switches to browse mode.
Expected: NVDA should remain in focus mode.

To be clear, NVDA should still switch to browse mode if focus mode wasn't forced with NVDA+space.
