New focus ancestors not announced when auto switching to focus mode

NVDA never speaks any focus ancestors when auto switching to focus mode due to a focus change. This means that if you tab to a list in browse mode and focus lands on a list item, NVDA will switch to focus mode and announce the list item, but not the list.
