Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

In NVDA 2020.2, we provide a script to open NVDA config directory. Initially, this script was categorized under "Tools."

Describe the solution you"d like

Please consider to relocate the script, titled "Opens NVDA configuration directory for the current user," from its current category, "Tools," to a more intuitive location, "Configuration."
