1: Open the Voice Settings Dialog.
Expected: Nvda should say, "Voice settings Dialog.
Actual: NVDA says: "Voice settings dialog Capital pitch change percentage".

Yes this has been around for a while now, and was reported, but cannot recall if a ticket was raised at the time. it happens in XP also.
The apparent speaking of odd things can also occur when you enter this ticketting system to report a new problem as well, though whether this is the same issue or another I have no way to know.
This latter is using IE8.
Its not a serious problem as the dialogue and pages etc work, but may well be some junk getting into the queue at some point.

This is an issue with the algorithm which fetches dialog text.

Changed title from "Opening voice settings dialog causes NVDA to read a random edit box" to "Editable text field labels incorrectly included in dialog description"
