Automatic page turns during say all for Adobe Digital Editions

Digital Editions 1.8 only exposes the text for a single page at a time. This means that say all stops at the end of a single page. NVDA needs to support automatic page turning for this application.

This is working quite nicely, though it probably needs further testing.

A snapshot should appear soon.
