Hi,
In connection with #3208, would it be possible to create a button to open addons.nvda-project.org website from within Add-ons Manager so the user can browse the availible add-ons? Thanks.

In [00984d5]:

In the Add-ons Manager, there is now a Get Add-ons button to open the NVDA Add-ons web site where you can browse and download availible add-ons.

Patch by Beqa Gozalishvili with minor changes by me.
Fixes #3209.
