hello there a tool should be there in n v d a this will give us an opportunity to make new espeak voices and save them as a new variant further more we can merge synthesizer and voice options in one
the tool should be named as voice manager in tools

Creating new eSpeak variants is very much out of scope for NVDA's user interface. #577 covers merging all preferences dialogs into one, but even if that is done, you would still need to apply a synthesiser change before you can change the voice, since changing the synthesiser is slow, may cause an error and changes the entirety of the voices dialog.
