Better support for Windows Live Mail

Things such as reading the status bar, reading "to" and "subject" fealds by character or word with cursor moovment, stop telling "Unknown object" when navigating the tree view, add support for Coppy and Moove to dialogs, etc.
Take a look and you'll notice quickly what I mean...

Status bar is already covered by #508. Reading of To, Subject, etc. fields should now work. Please decide which issue this ticket covers and open separate tickets for other issues.

Freeze in Move to / Copy to dialogs fixed in 5883211. The only issue now left is the unknown objects in treeviews, which I cannot reproduce. If you can provide exact steps to reproduce this issue, please open a new ticket with a better summary and description.
