When typing names into the "to", "cc", "bcc" fields of Outlook the program displays the list of suggested names/addresses. the user can then use the down arrow key to highlight each of the suggestions on the screen and the tab key to complete the entry.

Changes:
Changed title from "Implement speaking of auto suggestion of addresses in Outlook 2007, and possibly earlier" to "Implement speaking of auto suggestion of addresses in Outlook 2007, and possibly earlier. it's also valid in windows live mail. The suggestions and checked names and addresses should be read out."

Announcement of selected auto complete contact in Outlook 2007 implemented in 7c1f464. Needs testing in Outlook 2010 which I don't have. Live Mail should be a different ticket.

  1. When composing new messages using Outlook 2003 addresses are also read when you type in a few letters and a match is found. Works beautifully.
  2. This does not seem to work with Windows Live Mail 2011. NVDA is silent when I type in addresses and then press tab. Reading the current line with numpad 8 does read the autocompleted address.

Windows Live Mail is a different issue and should be filed as a separate ticket. Adjusting summary accordingly.

Hi,
This feature could be realy nice but it doesn't work for me on Outlook 2010 with NVDA 2012.3.1.
For example, if i write ni and use the arrows to nvaigate suggested email addresses, it reads "ni" each time.
I'm using win 7 and office 2010.
