Steps to reproduce:

Start a large download in chrome, one that takes several minutes.
Now open another page in chrome as an article and start the continuous reading with nvda + a.
Now notice that nvda will start reading the text.
After some time chrome will show a notification informing you of the progress of the download.

Actual behavior:

Nvda stops reading continuously, reads the notification about the progress of the download, and does not continue reading the article.

Expected behavior:

when pressing nvda + a nvda should start reading the article, when the chrome notification about the download progress is displayed the nvda should read the notification and then should continue to read the article automatically.

@fernando-jose-silva, do you still experience this issue? If not, please close it. Thanks.

On my side, the issue cannot be reproduced anymore; reading of the page restarts after the alert has been read.
I have tested with Chrome Version 87.0.4280.141 (Build officiel)
(64 bits).

In any case, the blocked label should be removed since #4877 has been merged. @Adriani90 could you take care of it if @fernando-jose-silva does not close this issue? Thanks.
