MMメール2がNVDA日本語ベータ版で頻繁にエラー音を出す

への対応の一環として、現在の「リリース版だけエラー音を抑止する」という仕様から、
設定でユーザーが変更できるような仕様に変えることを検討。

設定変更を有効にするにはNVDAの再起動が必要、と書くべき。
