で試してみました。
変換は問題なく詳細読みができているので正しい漢字を選ぶことは可能です。
ただ、スペースで2つ目の変換候補にフォーカスした際に
候補リスト　リスト
と先頭で読み上げてから変換候補を読み上げています。
この読み上げが省略できれば問題なく使用できると思われます。
