• Added internationalization helper utilities
• All in app, post start up copy and messages are pulled from a static method now
• Language can be configured in the conf file, using a 2 character ISO 639-1 language code, if it's not supported it defaults to English
• Fixed the book description modal to have the close button be dynamically sized based on I18N of "Close"
• Added a GitHub Issue Form Template for adding new languages
