Testing Completion Date: 7th May 2024

Testing Steps Performed:

1. Update a nym-node to the binary built from this branch, then use its ID as the exit-gateway-id for the nym-vpn-cli. For example, sudo -E ./nym-vpn-cli run --entry-gateway-id <gateway-id> --exit-gateway-id <UPDATED_BINARY-gateway-id> --enable-two-hop.
2. Navigate to speedtestv4.tools.uebi.net and ensure the speed limitation is no longer present.
3. No errors in logs

Tested also other combinations, entry gateways, old gateway binaries
