I think I should be done with the changes in this repo. I'm finishing testing everything in the wallet right now. I'm leaving it as a draft until that is done.Alright, so this pull request basically reverses the way the data is stored in the contract. Up to this point all bonding and delegation information was stored against an address of an account. This is getting changed to node identity instead making, for example, delegation more logical - you're going to delegate to a node rather than to an account.
