Note: before the Jenkins pipeline can work, a bit of configuration has to be done for Jenkins. A property file has to be configured, a JDK and Maven environment have to be specified, and a SonarQube environment must be specified.
Also, the file now assumes the host is running windows. If not, all 'bat' must be changed to 'sh'.
A couple of dependency updates were necessary for tests to complete when running them in maven.
The Jenkins machine should also be running Elasticsearch and Postgres for the tests.
