Chceme aby google mohl indexovat obsah public PDF ale zaroven take chceme, aby kdyz clovek na pdf vleze tak dostal record, ne pdf.

uwsgi musi servovat pdf, ne pre-signed urlcko (jehoz platnost muze skoncit, nez se k tomu google dostane)
tohle view se podiva na user agenta a na referera. Pokud je user agent google nebo referer je nas repozitar, tak vraci pdf
v ostatnich pripadech vraci redirekci na record obsahujici PDF (pripadne s ?highlight_file= ktery v uiku zpusobi scroll na pdf odkaz a jeho zvyrazneni)
