Hi, just a note that one of the terms in our recent set of requests (which a pull request has been made for) is for 'metatranscriptome sequencing assay' which itself will be a grandchild of 'transcription profiling assay' via it's parent 'RNA-seq assay'. |
@mgiglio99 Great, we can use that to tag the assay. But study design is also needed. |
I'm going to close this issue, as metranscriptome sequencing assay has been added and will serve GeneLab's needs. Needs for study design terms can be opened as a separate issue. |
