Right now, there is no linkage between immunohistochemistry ( OBI:0001986 - child of immuno staining assay) and histological assay (OBI:0600020). We think histological assay should be a primary parent of immunohistochemistry, while immuno staining assay be an inferred parent or can be a detection technique. @mgiglio99

Consensus is that this change in this issue can go ahead and be made, but we'll need to sort out the other children of 'assay detecting a molecular label' in context that types of molecular labels to exist and could/should be captured as inferred children of 'assay detecting a molecular label'. We need some kind of equivalence class for 'assay detecting a molecular label'.
