We should reserve assay detecting a molecular label as an inferred parent class for assays that detect the presence or quality of a molecular label. We also need to review current children of this assay and find asserted parents.

This issue is related to #1461
We'll need to sort out the children of 'assay detecting a molecular label' in context that types of molecular labels do exist and could/should be captured as inferred children of 'assay detecting a molecular label'. We need some kind of equivalence class for 'assay detecting a molecular label'.
We also review fluorescence detection assay in this context, noting that some fluorescence assays will be employing a label as proxy for something else, while others will be looking at inherent fluorescence.
