user list: password icon hidden

When displaying the user list page, the lightning icon to reset user password is hidden.

Is there a horizontal scroll on the bottom of the user's table?

Yes, I have noticed it... at the bottom of my user list. Until I noticed it, I thought the icon was simply gone.

I wanted to point out that for long email address, like firstname.name@superlong.institution.com, action buttons are hidden.
