Create view from a Mica variable set

• The Mica's variable set could be a cart or a named set.
• This is the complement of Download the Opal view corresponding to a variable list mica2#3627, Opal will directly retrieve the JSON view representation of the variable set from Mica.

Given a search query (can be the one corresponding to a named variable set or any other), a mica server URL (could have a default defined), Opal will retrieve the corresponding Opal view that applies to the variables that live in the Opal instance.
