OBA contains multiple labels for terms

OBA has six terms that have two rdfs:labels. Can I just manually edit to move one to be a synonym? Or is there a template system in use? Example:

Is there an action that I can take? In oba-edit.obo it looks like this (one label):

This must have been fixed a long time.
